Over 20 years of expertise in Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis (NTA) led to the development of our new groundbreaking Concentration Scanning Technology. This innovative method enables a full sample scan that operates largely independent of measurement settings, allowing for the reliable determination of nanoparticle concentrations without the need for prior calibration – even for samples with unknown composition.

Thanks to comprehensive hardware upgrades, the sensitivity of the new ZetaView system has been significantly enhanced – making it the most sensitive NTA instrument on the market. Even weak fluorescence signals are no limitation: the ZetaView® Evolution can reliably detect particles labeled with as few as 20 AlexaFluor488 molecules.
The newly developed, user-friendly ZetaSphere software enables seamless analysis of size, concentration, and zeta potential in both scatter and fluorescence modes, using up to four different lasers on a single sample with just one click. A full sample characterization can now be performed in just a few minutes, making the ZetaView® Evolution the perfect solution for applications in life sciences, pharmaceutical, and materials science.
“Knowing our customers' challenges in EV characterization, I was excited to see the extremely high fluorescence sensitivity of the ZetaView® Evolution, especially when testing it with our new F-NTA Tetraspanin Detection Kits," says Dr. Christina Klasen, Sales and Product Manager Particle Metrix. "Due to the naturally low number of protein copies per vesicle, proper characterization has been challenging. With the new system, even an expression level of just 10 proteins is sufficient for successful measurement."
The ZetaView® Evolution will be officially presented at the ISEV 2025 International Meeting, taking place April 24–26 in Vienna. Visitors are invited to experience the system live at the Particle Metrix booth. The instrument will also be featured during the company’s sponsor lunch on April 24th.
