F-NTA IgG Control Antibody
Our F-NTA IgG Control Antibody is designed as an ideal isotype control for our F-NTA Detection Antibodies. It has the same isotype, fluorescent conjugation and concentration. This ensures reliable tetraspanin detection in fluorescence nanoparticle tracking analysis (F-NTA). By using this control, researchers can distinguish specific antibody binding from non-specific background signals, enhancing the credibility of EV detection results.
The F-NTA IgG Control Antibody is available in three bright and stable color conjugations, optimized for use with the 488 nm, 520 nm and 640 nm lasers. Each antibody is provided with a dedicated staining protocol and optimized instrument settings for the ZetaView®, making experimental setup straightforward and efficient.
Ensure precise and reproducible F-NTA measurements with a proper isotype control that supports the validation of your CD9, CD63, and CD81 antibody-based EV detection experiments.
