Our F-NTA Tetraspanin Detection Kit consists of anti-human CD9, CD63, and CD81 antibodies with high binding affinity, along with a matching IgG control, optimized for PAN EV detection in fluorescent NTA applications. It is available in three bright and stable color conjugations, optimized for the 488nm, 520nm or 640nm laser.

CD9, CD63, and CD81 are the most commonly used EV markers and members of the tetraspanin family. While they are widely expressed across various EV types, their expression levels varies depending on the vesicle’s origin.
